Set on a generous block in one of Brisbane’s most established suburbs, this project reimagines a traditional 1930s home for a busy professional family. The design proposes a series of thoughtful extensions and reconfigurations across all three levels — including a wellness retreat and gym, a large new outdoor entertaining deck with integrated cooking, and a redesigned carport and mudroom. While maintaining the home’s heritage charm, the concept also embraces more contemporary finishes and planning where appropriate. Now in the concept phase, the focus remains on balancing functionality, family life, and architectural sensitivity across this expansive renovation.
