This renovation and extension reimagines a busy family home to better serve the needs of modern living. The design includes the expansion of the main family living area, the primary suite, and the addition of a new outdoor pavilion — complete with built-in BBQ, dining, and seating zones. Spatial planning throughout the home has been thoughtfully considered to improve flow, create purposeful multi-use zones, and elevate the home’s indoor–outdoor connection. Now under construction, this project balances function and refinement to deliver a home that feels cohesive, generous, and tailored to modern family living.
