Let’s talk everything Rugs!
Hi all, we’re one day closer to our well deserved weekend! And whether these two days consist of fast paced organised chaos or taking time to relax and revive, we always tend to the make the most of it! Our Studio Blogs this week have been solely focused on rug design and positioning, so we thought for our Friday Inspo why not combine the two! Rugs can be positioned and layered within various living spaces to create contrast and textural qualities which can help complement surrounding furnishings, or become a statement piece alone. Layering coloured, textural or patterned rugs can achieve a number of different looks, depending on what is preferred by the client or homeowner. We are able to introduce a sense of playfulness by incorporating pops of colour and similar tones within both the rug and surrounding furniture pieces, whilst a more simplistic look can be achieved by introducing neutral or greyer tones, complemented by classic linen and furnishings .
